One- and two-bedroom units at the Sermas Furnished Apartments are fully furnished and feature hardwood floors and high-quality furnishings. The following amenities are standard.
Living room
Sofa, chairs, coffee and end tables, and lamps, plus carpeting, paintings and other tasteful accessories. HDTV is provided, as are books and reading materials. Some units have gas fireplaces.
Dining room
Table and chairs, place mats and napkins, as well as unique accessories and paintings.
Kitchen
In addition to a full size refrigerator and stove each unit provides the following:
Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, baking pans, can opener, garlic press, pizza cutter, dishes, glasses, flatware, cutlery knives, colander, mixing bowls, rolling pin, electric frying pan, mixer, tea towels and pot holders, cutting boards, various size spoons (wood and metal), storage bowls, measuring spoons and cups, bottle and wine opener, place mats and napkins, potato masher, spatulas, wire whisk, paper towel holder. We also provide an iron and ironing board, laundry basket, trash can, broom and dustpan, sponge mop and mop.
Bedroom
Our units feature one queen-size bed per bedroom, with plastic covered mattress and springs to assure cleanliness. In addition, each bedroom provides:
Cotton mattress pad, four pillows, pillow protectors and two sets of sheets as well as blanket and bed cover, clock radio, phone, TV (some units have two TVs), lamps, bedside lamps, wastebasket, chest of drawers, carpet and paintings.
Bathroom
Each unit has a tub and/or shower, along with bath mats, shower curtain and liner. Plentiful towels are provided.
